An Active Deterrent Unit (ADU) is a standalone, pole-mounted, or building structure-mounted security device designed to stop crime in its tracks. It pairs a compact, outdoor-rated enclosure—housing a speaker, a blue LED strobe light, and a speaker—with three surveillance cameras, each separately mounted above. This highly visible configuration makes intruders think twice, while allowing for real-time intervention. We monitor our ADUs live with remote video monitoring.

Detection: When human/vehicle or suspicious behavior comes into the camera field of view detection zone, an alert instantly triggers a live alarm agent. This technology is powered by AI.

Verification: An alert is instantly sent to a live monitoring agent, who reviews the footage to determine if the activity poses a threat.

Deterrence: If needed, the alarm agent triggers a live voice command/talk-downs.

Response: If the individual ignores the talk-downs, then the alarm agent will contact local law enforcement.
